The Bridge Street Walking Tour will have you exploring the craft beer scene on the most beer drenched street in Grand Rapids!
On the tour you will be sampling some of the finest beers in Beer
City and find out about the intriguing history of Grand Rapids beer culture on the historic west side. This tour will have you visiting Atwater Brewery, New Holland's Knickerbocker, Kusterer Brauhaus.
Atwater Brewery originally opened in 1997 in the Rivertown district of Detroit. We will be trying out their great craft beers on tap inside the historic Rowe Building, downtown Grand Rapids. They are well known for their lagers, Vanilla Java Porter and Dirty Blonde. This location brews on-site beers you cannot get elsewhere. On the tour you will get to choose any 4 samples of your liking from their extensive beer menu.
New Holland's Knickerbocker is the largest taproom in the state! This impressive taproom also has an impressive list of ales (many of which you can only get in the taproom). New Holland originally opened in 1997 in Holland, MI this location opened in September of 2016. New Holland is one of the largest craft breweries in Michigan, with beers like Dragon's Milk (bourbon-barrel aged stout) you will see why.
Cedar Springs Brewing Co's new taproom, Kusterer Brauhaus is housed in a Munich-style taproom on the historic West Side of Grand Rapids where several German breweries existed prior to Prohibition. This stop can not be missed by any fans of Hefeweizens, Pilsners, Bocks & Marzens! They also brew amazing
American influenced beers!

You now can drink on the streets of Grand Rapids, so grab a pint of your favorite beer while at a brewery and bring it along for the hike!
We’ll be starting at Founders Brewing Co. and we will walk to B.O.B.'s Brewery, New Holland's Knickerbocker, Kusterer Brauhaus & Atwater Brewery, 5 breweries in 5 hours! Just over a 2.1 mile hike (less then 50 minutes) 3 miles (just over 1 hour) if walking back to Founders. Easy hike when you’re drinking delicious cold beers along the way!

B.O.B.’s Brewery is the oldest continually operating brewery in the city.At this stop we’ll go behind-the-scenes for a brewery tour, typically with John Svoboda, one of the most knowledgeable brewers in West Michigan.
New Holland's Knickerbocker is one of the largest taprooms in the state, and their beers are being shipped across the country these days. With beers like Dragon's Milk (bourbon-barrel aged stout) and Mad Hatter (IPA) they have made quite a name. They originally opened in Holland, MI in 1997, we will be visiting their expansive Grand Rapids location.At this location you'll get to choose any two tier 1 beers you want.
